By using the Grant Risk & Readiness Index, you agree to these Terms of Use on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent. The contracting party is GrantFusion. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.

The Grant Risk & Readiness Index is a self-assessment aid provided for general information. It is not an audit, review, examination, attestation, or compliance opinion, and it is not legal, tax, or accounting advice. Results depend entirely on the answers you provide and on stated assumptions; they are not verified. Dollar figures are planning estimates, not findings or predictions of what any auditor, funder, or regulator will determine. Using this tool does not create a professional or client relationship with GrantFusion or with ReddStrategy Group. Neither company is a certified public accounting firm. Consult a licensed CPA or attorney about your organization's specific obligations. No documents or transactions were examined or verified. This output is not proof of compliance and should not be presented to a board, funder, auditor, regulator, or other third party as assurance that records are complete, accurate, compliant, or audit-ready. Tiers are planning-priority categories, not compliance grades or certifications.

Using the tool, receiving a result, or receiving a report does not create a professional, advisory, or client relationship with GrantFusion or with ReddStrategy Group. You should not rely on the tool or its results as a substitute for advice from a licensed CPA or attorney.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the answers you provide and for every decision your organization makes. Results reflect only your answers and the stated assumptions.

You may use the tool and its reports for the internal use of your organization. You may not resell the tool or its reports, scrape it, reverse engineer it, or use it to build a competing product.

The statements, scoring, methods, and reports belong to GrantFusion.

ReddStrategy Group is an affiliate of GrantFusion under common ownership. Any service from ReddStrategy Group is a separate engagement under its own written agreement. Nothing in this tool or its results is a ReddStrategy Group deliverable.

The tool and its results are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent the law allows, GrantFusion and ReddStrategy Group are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from use of the tool or reliance on its results.

We may change the tool and these terms at any time. The version in effect when you use the tool applies. We record the version you accepted.
