Privacy Policy

GrantFusion operates the Grant Risk & Readiness Index and is the data controller for the information collected through it. ReddStrategy Group is an affiliate of GrantFusion under common ownership.

Your name, work email, organization name, role, state, size bands, your answers, and basic technical data. We also record the version of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy you accepted, when you accepted it, and whether you gave the optional statistics consent.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank details, or records about the people you serve. Do not enter them anywhere in the tool.

To produce your report, to contact you about your result and related services, and, only if you opted in, in anonymized combined statistics.

We do not sell personal information. Your results and contact details may be shared with our affiliate, ReddStrategy Group, for Community and Institutional follow-up. We do not share them with any other company for marketing, or with funders, auditors, or regulators. We use service providers to host the tool and send email.

Every message includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. Unsubscribing stops marketing email from both companies.

To request access to or deletion of your information, email support@grantfusion.ai.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee security.

The tool is not directed to anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. The version in effect when you use the tool applies, and we record the version you accepted.
